2. Hosting and delivery of the website
The website is delivered via Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This can include the IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer information, browser and operating-system information, user agent, HTTP status and amount of data transferred.

Netlify may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Business and pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling communications under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete communication data when the matter has been completed unless statutory retention periods or other legitimate reasons require longer storage.
4. Cookies, local storage, analytics and tracking
According to the current technical configuration, the published production version does not use analytics or marketing cookies, does not use local storage to recognise visitors and does not integrate analytics, advertising or tracking services. It also does not load webfonts from external providers. A consent banner is therefore not currently used.
If consent-requiring services, embedded third-party content or tracking technologies are added in the future, they will only be activated after the required consent has been obtained and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Embedded content and external services
The current production version does not automatically embed videos, social-media plugins, maps or other third-party content. External links may lead to third-party websites; the respective providers are responsible for data processing on those websites.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the rights of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
